- Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

- Customers must provide access to the premises at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, you may incur a cancellation fee.
- You are responsible for securing valuable items and fragile possessions. YREN Great Cleaning Services is not liable for any loss or damage to such items.

While we take great care in providing our services, YREN Great Cleaning Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
7. Feedback and Complaints
We value your feedback! If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
8. Modifications to Terms
YREN Great Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
